...USUALLY it takes 2-3 days for priority mail packages to arrive depending where you are in the USA.
IF YOU WANT FASTER (overnight) I use USPS Expressmail or FedEx express. This will cost at least 25-30 dollars over the stated shipping quote.
FOR RUSH ORDERS (an additional $5):
Just send an email with the item you want and I will send a custom Google Checkout or Paypal invoice. Within 2 hours of a cleared payment the order will be taken to the agreed shipper (regular M-F business days + hours only).
The USPS website is not showing status on my shipping!
Unfortunately, I have no more information than the USPS site shows... I can tell you that sometimes there are
no updates between locations, there's just a 'received' and
'delivered' notice online. You sometimes get very little info on what's going on with the USPS tracking system.
What if I do not recieve my item?
If you paid for USPS insurance you will receive a full refund after I have filed an insurance claim. If you did not pay for insurance and the USPS looses or damages your item, we are not responsible.
Can I cancel my order and get a full refund?
If the item has not been packaged and the ship label has not been created we will cancel and give a full refund. We ship our items very quickly so most of the time we cannot cancel an order.
How fast will I get my item once ive paid?
Most orders ship the same or next business day after we receive a cleared payment. USPS First Class and Priority take about 2-4 days. Any faster will require express shipping which is very expensive.
Do you offer returns?
We prefer NOT to offer returns since most of our items are used. This means that our items are sold AS IS. If you purchase a NIS item and it is defective, that will have to be handled with the original manufacturer. I have found that many manufacturers are glad to help if you have a NIP defective item. I just had a customer tell me that parts were missing from a new figure pack and I was able to have the manufacturer send him the missing parts. It's all kewel so keep your kewel!

If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receipt of the item. We we will assess the situation and react as follows:
If there is damage which may have occurred during shipping, there will be no refund unless insurance was purchased.
If we sent you the wrong item we will make it right at our expense.
If there is some other problem, we will review the original ad to see if there was a misunderstanding. At that time we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or full refund (OUR OPTION).
In MOST cases where there is a dispute, we require the return of the item in its original condition, however, no shipping charges will be refunded.
Do you give a SHIPPING DISCOUNT for bulk orders?
The shopping cart here does not give a discount for multiple orders so I will knock off a few bucks if possible, depending on the total weight of your order. This happens BEFORE I charge your card (you will have to authorize the full amount, though).
IF you want, you can email me your order, then I will send a CUSTOM INVOICE from Google or paypal so you will know the shipping before charging it. I do reserve the right to charge the FULL amount you authorize if the items weight calls for it based on your zip code.
What is the cost to ship my item?
The shipping is a flat rate and can be found in each listing. If shipping seems high to you please send us your zip code and we will check vs the weight of the item. Most of the time our flat quotes are right on. We usually have a dollar padded into each quote to take care of handling/supplies/etc.
Do you ship overseas and to Canada?
YES, however you must have a CONFIRMED and/or VERIFIED paypal account and pay for USPS priority shipping which will give up to $80 in free insurance and delivery confirmation. Some form of confirmation is required, so the shipping rates for outside the US are relatively high.
Is this item in perfect / collector / gift condition?
MOST of our items are used or have been stored for long periods of time. IF you are a collector who is concerned about the condition of the original box, blister card or other packaging, you might want to find your item elsewhere.
All items are described as accurately as possible so PLEASE ASK before you buy. Please remember that we have thousands of products - so we can't go into minute detail on everything!
Why is the product I just ordered still available in your store?
I have to manually remove products from inventory once they are sold OR there is more than one available to purchase. If you order multiples of a product that I only have one of, you will receive a partial refund of course. IF I receive 2 orders for the same item I will accept the order which came in first and not charge / refund the other.
Do you accept offers?
The best way to submit an offer is to point me to a competitive Ebay or Amazon ad. Then i'll consider their price and adjust my price accordingly. I would think that the only reason for asking me to lower my price would be that you saw it somewhere else cheaper... but then if that were true, why not just buy it there?

With 3000+ items in stock, we do not have the time to put full product details into all our listings. Please remember that you have the WWW right here in front of you, so you can just type in the name of the item and look up the product details, customer reviews and any other info you might like!
Why is the item I want ON HOLD?
When an item is sold we take it out of stock by clicking the 'Hide this Product' box. If someone happens to find that same product in Google search and clicks on it, that brings them to my store and they see ON HOLD instead of BUY NOW. You might try searching for something similar while you are here or come back later... We do not always delete on hold items because there is a chance that we will acquire another identical or similar item in the future.

Monsters Inc. Sully fuzzy Halloween costume: The customer received the costume but said it had no eyes or nose as pictured. We offered a full refund upon return of the item. This was declined.
Fisher Price Imaginext Lost Creatures T-Rex: This item was pictured as used and stated as used. The customer did not contact me about the misunderstanding.
SCREATURE Interactive Dinosaur:
This is an anamatronic dinosaur toy which did various moves depending on the button that was pushed. The customer thought the side flaps were "wings" which should flap all the time, but they work intermittently, and are not wings.
ESTES GL-X200 air powered rocket:
This item was New in the box and was not damaged prior to shipping. It was NOT recalled. The customer used this rocket toy for twelve days and then did a charge-back (presumably due to it being crashed). I was never informed of an issue with the product by the customer. Now two weeks later he has not returned the item so the charge-back is invalid +Google returned my money.
x2 Nerf laser sight foam dart pistols:
These items were tested with new batteries and were working before being shipped. They were advertised and pictured as being used. The customer just left feedback without contacting me about the issue.
GloBonz glow in the dark dinosaur bone building set:
The customer informed me that one piece had a missing tab. I told her that the piece in question had multiple connecting points and it would not be noticed if it was used as is. I offered a partial refund but that was refused.
